Ingredients
Dried seaweed
1 table spoon soy sauce
2 table spoon fish sauce (reduce to 1 if required)
1 table spoon of minced garlic
Slices of beef (can be clams)
1 table spoon of sesame oil

Steps
1. Wash dried seaweed with water and soak them in water for 30-50min (until they are fully soaked)


2. Cut the seaweeds in fair pieces


3. On a heated wok or pot,
Put 1 table spoon of sesame oil and sliced beef.
Put 1 table spoon of soy sauce.
Add 1 table spoon of garlic.
Stir them until beef are lightly cooked.


4. Put seaweed into step 3.
Continue to stir until seaweeds color turn lighter. (5 min)

5. Pour water until step 4 are fully soaked.

6. Continue to heat up until step 5 is boiled.


7. Taste and add salt or soy sauce if needed.
