Crispy and chewy ‘gamjajeon’

Ingredients: 1 potato, grinder, oil, pinch of salt
Optional: potato starch or rice power

steps
1. Grind the peeled off potato.


2.Add half table spoon of rice power or potato starch for more crispy into grinded potato.

Add pinch of salt. (Optional)


3. Pour enough oil on to pan. Heat it up.


4. Fry the mixed. Smaller batch the better (more crispy parts)

Turn over until fairly brown.


5. Let it on mesh so oil can leak out then serve

Ingredients
1.Two cups of rice cake (unfrozen)
2.Two cups of water
3.Three table spoons of sugar
4.Two table spoons of soy sauce
5.One and half table spoons of red pepper powder
6. Two spoons of GoChujang(red pepper paste)
7. green onion (optional)

Steps
1. On a large wok or pan, put ingredient 1 and 2, then wait till water boils.

2. On wok, put ingredients 3~6 on step 1. Stir the sauce and continue to boil until sauce becomes sticky. (Soaked)

3. Put ingredient 7 (optional) and give another stir.

4. Add additional sugar if you find it too spicy.
