Ingredients
Any kind of pork sliced to bite size. (Tender and thinner the better)
Sauce-Gochujang (2 table spoon)
Sauce-Soy Sauce (1 table spoon)
Sauce-Sugar (2-3 table spoon)
Sauce- Garlic (1 table spoon)
Onion (half, sliced)
Step 1
Heat the wok with oil (Optional with spring onion for the scent) then add onion
Step 2
Once their colors change, add pork.
Step 3
Once pork is cooked to medium rare,
add sauce into wok.
Step 4
Heat and stir the wok. If the pork size is bit large check(cut) it to see if it’s well cooked.
Taste the sauce to add more Govhujang or Sugar, according to one’s preference.
Serve with rice or toast.
Pork can be replaced with beef or chicjen breast.
