도시락 - 화
미역국 - Meyeok-guk (seaweed soup)
Ingredients
Dried seaweed
1 table spoon soy sauce
2 table spoon fish sauce (reduce to 1 if required)
1 table spoon of minced garlic
Slices of beef (can be clams)
1 table spoon of sesame oil
Steps
1. Wash dried seaweed with water and soak them in water for 30-50min (until they are fully soaked)

2. Cut the seaweeds in fair pieces

3. On a heated wok or pot,
Put 1 table spoon of sesame oil and sliced beef.
Put 1 table spoon of soy sauce.
Add 1 table spoon of garlic.
Stir them until beef are lightly cooked.

4. Put seaweed into step 3.
Continue to stir until seaweeds color turn lighter. (5 min)
5. Pour water until step 4 are fully soaked.
6. Continue to heat up until step 5 is boiled.

7. Taste and add salt or soy sauce if needed.





Recipe - Chai 인도 차 짜이
Ingredients: cardamon (3-4ea pods), black tea(tea bag is ok), milk
Steps
1. Boil the water with black tea. If using a tea bag, rip the tea bag.

2. When boiled, pour 1~1.5 cup of milk ( used full cream)

3. Crush 3~4ea cardamon pods and put in step 2.

4. Wait for 2~3 mins, then pour them into a cup using a filter

Add 1 table spoon of sugar per preference.

Ingredients: 양파 1개, 치즈, 햄 적당히, 넓적빵, 토마토 페이스트

햄 양파 썰기 및 빵 준비

토마토 소스 빵에 바르기

햄, 양파 골고루 뿌리기

Step 4
치즈 뿌리기

Step 5
오븐 180도로 예열 후 11분간 구워줌

Step 6
바삭한 빵 먹어주기
