사파리 형식의 버스가 특징.
시간표가 있으며 무료임. 코뿔소, 사슴종류, 얼룩말, 기린을 넓은 평원에 풀어놓고 버스타고 구경하는 재미.

멜번동물원 멤버는 무료이며 매표소에서 줄섲 않아도 됨.

그외 동물원은 다른 곳과 비슷함.

Ingredients
Chicken (used breast bulk 1 piece)
Tempura Batter Mix
Rice Power
Potato Starch
Salt
Pepper

Sauce( optional )
1 table spoon of gochoojang (red pepper paste sauce)
1 table spoon of soy sauce
1 table spoon of sugar
1/5 table spoon of honey
Half up of water

Steps
1. Cut the chicken in pieces you prefer. (Bite size)

2.Chicken Batter Mix Ratio
Batter Mix:Rice Powder:Potato Starch
4:3:3
Water half cup.
Add salt and slight pepper.
Mix.

3.Oil in a pot
Heat up. When ready, chicken batter mix will float.

4. optional(new oil in a new pot)

5. Fry until chicken turn yellow-brown.
Pick them out and let their oils leak.  

5. Sauce (optional)
Mix the ingredients of sauce

6. Mix the fried chicken and

sauce.
